I don't know exactly move or rename config.php to another place on my webserver (for vBB 3.7) Do U know? Help me plz! Thanks all!

Why do you want to move it or rename it ? But any how log into your server locate your config.php and right click on it. When you do this it should show the option to ReName,,from there just name it what you want.
I would not recommend this and the only reason I would rename is if I was upgrading the forum with a new version then I would just rename it config.php.old that way you can run or install a new config.php
