I'm trying to send a XML string to a third party URL. The third party have a certificate to access the URL and
we have installed it in our system. when I try to send the XML string to the link, I receive an error message like below.
msxml4.dll::The data necessary to complete this operation is not yet available.
Does anyone have any clue about it?
