Vb with keygen or nulled

I saw two editions nulled on with keygen.
Why should I use keygen version and do all this job with chmod 777 and not the nulled?

Both are Nulled versions,
which one you decide to use is upto you,
The keygen version give extra security if you host decides to check you files they will see a licence number in the files and assume its legit...

if i use the nulled version to upgrade form 3.6.10 am i getting the admin error also?

If you do everything correctly you shouldn't get any errors.

You don't have to cmod all the files to 777,

On RC3 and 4 it replaced these files:
Keygen is replacing the files with new data...

/ - done!
/admincp/ - done!
/archive/ - done!
/clientscript/ - done!
/cpstyles/vBulletin_2_Default/ - done!
/cpstyles/vBulletin_3_Default/ - done!
/cpstyles/vBulletin_3_Frontend/ - done!
/cpstyles/vBulletin_3_Manual/ - done!
/cpstyles/vBulletin_3_Silver/ - done!
/includes/ - done!
/includes/cron/ - done!
/includes/paymentapi/ - done!
/install/ - done!
/modcp/ - done!
