vb options not showing up

OK. I go to the vbulletin options, and only the first option shows up. The ones where you scroll aren't showing, but when I click on one just out of randome, it brings up the page of the option, but no words show.

So what's going on? How do I fix this. Do you need a screen shot?
 
dont worry about the links, i an see that you have 3.7.1 installed, has this problem started since you upgraded?? or was it before? have done somthg before this hapened? try to backtrack yrself? what happend when you click expand settings group?
 
I moved my board(partly having some probs with tht too, but that's next after this is fixed.) I added the forum on my new host, imported the database via cpanel, and all that sort of thing. I went there to change my theme, and edit some stuff.

Not sure if it was like that from the start or what. On my other forum it is working. I'm not moving my official domain untill i get this forum working 100%
 
This looks like it might be a chicken/egg or rock/hardplace issue. If you had problems moving files OR (most likely) the database, it may have caused this issue. So, trying to solve this "result" may be spinning your wheels until you fix the "move" issues. The list that is suppose to be there comes from the database so if you had problems importing your database, I would look there first.
