Vb experience prob

I have installed vb experience. but i think this is not correctly done what should be the prob even i have configured/install step by step as written in install.txt. screet shot attached.

Whats the version of vBExperience ? 3.8.3 ?
I am not sure about that then, because i am running 3.8.2 on my board, and never had problems with it.
Of course quick questions.
1) Did you upload Files on FTP in right places ?
2) Might look like you got different /admincp folder named on FTP
3) Do you have forum URL looking like this : xxxxxx.com/forums ?

You always could Delete that Product, and reimport it again..
I am not sure with this one, never seen such thing

no dear my version is 3.8.2 one thing i want to comunicate with u that when i upload the product thru product manager the importing session stuked and i hav refresh the page and when i see experience was there in list but in admincp prob exist. and i have tried 3 times after uninstalling and cheking the all uploading material which is on accurate place. no i have same name for admin cp.

Hmmmmmmmm, It looks like the problem in Product_vBExperience.XML
Delete/Uninstall it from the Product List, and try Importing the .XML file in different browser like Firefox, or Internet Explorer. Could Work..

yes dear i have tried on mozila , chrome and explorer ( what i hav to do when i go to import that bludy file importing stucks every time with this

actually, the screenshot indicate that you uploaded the files but did not install the product file... because the phrases are not loading.

i have putt all the situation above that when i go to upload the xml product imporitng mesage hang at importing [......................................]continueee.
and when i refresh the page vb experience found in the list of installed products. so wat can i do i m really tense

Bro please Follow this rule and i think the problem will be soled.

1. Raname

upload_via_ftp

to your folder name if u use like this

 forum/forums

2. Make .Zip Of this and upload through cpanel/File Manager/

3. Then Click On Public_Html at left it will refresh it and u will see this forum.zip file then right click on it and it will show the

/public_html

the add a / like this

/public_html/

and click extract.

4. Now Go to AdminCp And Follow the .xml file if you think that u are using wrong version or wrong nulled are etc. ..... then i am attached VBEXperience U can download it and install it. I am using this version on my forum.

5. After Every this done Enjoy If You Get Any Error then Please PM me I will solve that.

dear i have press thanks button for ur kind reply and detailed post. dear i have already uploaded all requisite files in the mentioned folders where they wana put. u r saying that i put that whole folder in to the root directory of my
forum. hos is this possible.
