hi i have downloded vbulleting 3.8.0 gold from here http://www.vbteam.info/vb-3-8-x-releases/14448-vbulletin-v3-8-0-php-nullified-gysn.html
but i cannot install it says

This is the number with which you log in to the vBulletin.com Members' Area

the above directions are if you use .com/forum if not just remove that and after.com/gysn-kg.php

this will generate your key make sure you follow the on screen instructions.
