vB 3.7 Member Info

Well, I have been using vB 3.7.x, and I have used 3.6.8 skins with the forums. However, there is one skin that won't display the "tab" bar that says Visitor Messages, About Me, Statistics, Friends, and Contact Info.

Does anybody know how to fix this?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
