Validation coding

Hey guys,i was wondering what the code was to like validate a form, basically i wanted to have a user name and password and if they are correct, then go to a specific website. Also how can i do it so i can have more then one users in that lin of code, do i use more if's. thanks<!--content-->that is a loaded question. you can't ask for it if you don't know what language you want to use. it all depends on what your server is running and what it will allow you to run. like php, cgi or asp.<!--content-->
