Hey guys,
Just a short question here... How important is having your site HTML valid? Does it have any effect on SEO at all? I've seen sites with awful coding rank really well. It's probably a small factor out of the 200+ other factors they are looking for. Good web structure easier search engine bot to indexing a page. This video explain it:

It would seem that small errors such as those that would be valid in HTML1.0 but not in HTML5 wouldn't matter too much, as long as the site or page passed cross-browser testing, since most modern browsers are able to deal with those kind of errors
Thanks again! The most important thing, the website able to deliver the relevant message to reader. When it is relevant, Google will give more credit to the website.
As human being is common to make some mistake. So mirror error on grammar, spelling, markup is not really a big deal. Perfect. I've got around 15 HTML errors at the moment, nothing major, so I wont worry about them for now
in my opinion the validation of the code will help you minimize your page load time. this of course has a good seo effect. Google implemented this because in there algoritm because visitors will leave the site if it wont load in 4 seconds . so in conclusion the html validation is good If your HTML is poorly written than you might want to think about revising it. Google understands that they're are some people who prefer to hand write their code and so they're smart about overlooking or guessing what the HTML was supposed to mean. So I wouldn't worry if you have a few HTML mistakes but if its several of mistakes than you should revise it. it is the main part of SEO, its called on-page SEO, by skipping this part your website can't achieve good rankings Eeep! My website was showing 0 errors just a few days back, and haven't seem to have changed anything yet a couple of errors showed up >.< I do not waste my time checking with any html validators and I certainly do not link to w3.org within my html. The html is parsed by search engine bots and I have not seen anything that would
