So, basically you search for people that are interested in your niche and follow them all with hopes that they will follow you in return? and then send tweets when you make new pages that pertain to that tweet? Is that how, or am I totally missing something? That's one of the ways. Some people do it in more guerrilla ways, but that's the general idea.
