Using Scheduler to activate xml controller java

i have created a scheduler in java that can periodically activate tasks. I do have a xml controller to retrieve xml feeds. However, i want to use the scheduler to activate the xml controller at a certain period of time. Is there any way to do it in Java?Note: The scheduler and the XML controller is work correctly how to link it together?
