Hey, I heard content is king when it comes to SEO. Debatable I know but it must be important. Will it be good to integrate other Rss Feeds like Yahoo's onto my website, as this will update content everyday. any suggestions for why not to do this?

I would also be very grateful if anyone could give some advice about this. RSS Feed will help you to gain traffic and its much easier to crawl by the search engine. You can submit to different RSS Feed directory site. I don't really see how it could help or hurt. I m also interested to learn about this

The problem with using other websites RSS as content on your own is that it's duplicate content, and is often difficult to rank well for duplicated content. Duplicate content only applies for the same content listed two times(or more) on the same IP address. He wouldn't be doing that.
I wouldn't want to put anyone else's content on my site. To me, you are in fact telling potential customers that there are better sites out there. I think you are better outsourcing content creation then using someone else's RSS feed. I have heard this before - using RSS feed as a source of unique content - just you need to make sure that you process the RSS content server-side and produce HTML/CSS on the client side so it becomes 'indexable' content.
