How can I get my usergroup colors to show on the members usernames? Here is my problem... it only uses the PRIMARY usergroup properties thus shows that usergroups colors.
Scenario:
VIP usergroup = gold
Moderator usergroup = green
Registered usergroup = default
When a registered user subscribes to a paid subscription their primary becomes VIP and their username turns Gold. This works perfectly
When a VIP member or a Registered member is given Moderator powers and us assigned the Moderator usergroup (Primary group stays what it was prior to adding member to Moderator usergroup) their username doesn't change. When I take away the VIP usergroup away as a Primary usergroup and select the Moderator as the primary usergroup the VIP paid subscription features never expire because the VIP usergroup was added to their profile. This is bad because of the paid subscription needs to be renewed annualy in order for the site to be able to pay the overhead.
So my point is that the only way the usergroup colors work is if it is the users Primary usergroup. In my situation when a user becomes VIP that users primary usergroup MUST stay as the primary usergroup so the timeframe of their subscription works properly.
What I am affraid of is when a member is a Moderator and subscribes to be a VIP they will automatically lose the Moderator usergroup (which means they will lose Moderator features and forums that are availaible to aModerator usergroup) because it will give them the VIP as a primary.
Any Ideas how to fix this situation?
