I got this from vbulletin-turkey.com it adds a usercp dropdown similar to the one on vbulletin.org. Its a nice mod makes naviagtion pretty simple and you can always edit the xml file to add more links to the drop down.
oh yea i seen this befor i actually used it but on the sidebar in the usercp, it's not all that hard if you know vb coding so i added in 3 new dropdowns
