User Info On The Side

I'm pretty new to most of this, recently set up my own forums and I wanted to know how you get the person's user info (eg. Name, Avatar, Title, ect.) over to the side of the post, instead of on top of it.

Here's a picture if you don't understand me fully.
 
Does this not work for certain skins?

I did it and then I looked, it didn't do it. Then I switched over to the default vBulletin skin and it's working there.
