user & admincp is not logging in ???

Hi All,
Please help me about my Forum my both admins are not logging in to my forum and one of my admin was already signing in to another browser but when go for admin cp it says Wrong Username and Password but i know my username and password is correct please tell me what to do ?????

Error:

Wrong username or password. You have used up your failed login quota! Please wait 15 minutes before trying again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password?
 
are you using a redirected domain name? if so, sometimes the new domain cannot access certain files or something, try going to the main domain to login.
