Can anyone help me in understanding about dynamic, static and canonical
URLs. which one is the better option and the best way to write it.

umi.gold I Also Prefer the Static URLs. if your site has Dynamic URL then you Rewrite into the Static URL. my friends!!!!!

I have dynamic URLs because I have dynamic content but I mod_rewrite them into static URLs for SEO. I was just reading a great thread on here about the basics of mod_rewrite FAQ: mod_rewrite, 301/401 redirects.
What's great about mod_rewrite is that you can have dynamic content and URLs but make them look static for the search engines. The SE friendly URLs are great both for people and visitors as well as the search engines t give better rankings.
