[URGENT] Registered Users show as guests [vBulletin 3.7.1]

Hello,
I have just installed a new vBulletin 3.7.1 forum.

I uploaded about 8000+ users backup, and someone msged me saying when they post, their post show as guest, but they go check there profile, it's still there!

Then, I registered newly, and when I post, my post shows normally.

Why is that?

Try updating your counters in the AdminCP.

I updated every counter in the AdminCP.

Still gives same "guest" posting.

What's the counter name I should update...i'll update it again
