{urgent} problem in announcing

when i tried to post an announcement in any of the forums sections i get this strange message and the announcement couldn't be displayed correctly

please help me as soon as possible and please as much as u can in details cuz iam a newbie with vbulletin

Its saying a table is missing in your database so its not able to write to it

try running:
install/upgrade.php as this might insert the table for you.
