Urgent Help Reqd on Posting a Form

Hi Every1,<BR><BR>Sorry for this Basic Question. am trying to sumbit my form but it repost itself back . is there anyway i can post it to the form indicated by action property in form.<BR><BR>i tried removing runat=server option from script, but it gives me a error . its not identifying my functions , if i remove it.<BR><BR>plz ur help will b highly appreciated
