Urgent Help Needed

The users of on my forum were getting logged out, so i've made some changes on:
Site Name / URL / Contact Details
Cookies and HTTP Header Options.

Now I cant no one can log in...And even I can't log in to my ACP to restore the settings to default !!!

Anyone can help me???

o boy...
You would need to restore the cookie settings to default, cuz yea, you wouldnt be able to login.. use phpMyAdmin, and check table - vb_setting, you should be able to edit the table back...

I googled a bit,and i found this:

Note: By changing your “Cookie Domain” setting, it is possible to lock
yourself out of the Admin CP if this is changed to an incorrect value.
If this happens, upload the tools.php script (located in the ‘do_not_up
load’ folder of the vBulletin zip file) to your admincp directory.
Load the file in your browser and select the option to reset the cookie
domain and path back to the defaults.

But it also didnt worked

Yh, mybe the problem is in Forum URL in the Site Name / URL / Contact Details
section, cuz I changet it also... Now I cant go to my ACP to restore it.. i changed the cookietimeout back to 900 thru phpmyadmin,but i dunno how to find the forum ur and change it back...

in the DO_NOT_UPLOAD folder, theres a file called tools.php, upload it, run it, click reset settings.

The message that comes when i run it:

Not Found
The requested URL /www/forum/tools.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
