URGENT ASAP - Convert Lotus Notes RTF Format to HTML format

I have a table consisting of Blob fileds with values such as c:\document\text1.rtf.I have to convert all these blob field values to html and the values shoudlbe c:\document\text1.html.When I refer to this document it should be able to pull up the text1.htmldocument with no garbage in it.If any one can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it.Thanks
