why i cant upload the Titanium?

This file was created using a different version of vBulletin from the one you are running.

Your version: 3.6.10
File version: 3.6.7

On the style upload page tick the "ignore version" box.

FYI:
I'm sure theres a 3.6.8 version of Titanium on vBTEAM, I know its not 3.6.10 but it will have more updated templates then 3.6.7

You'll need to do some template editing also, since it's for 3.6.7.

ok it works but now the img is not there where should i upload it?

You need to upload the Titanium images folder to your root
(same place as the index.php file)
