upgrading question

i was upgrading my forums, i uploaded the all the files, changed config.php and edited.

i typed http://(my website url)/install/upgrade.php

and it gave me this error

Database error
The database has encountered a problem.
Please try the following:

* Load the page again by clicking the Refresh button in your web browser.
* Open the www.hacknexon.co.cc home page, then try to open another page.
* Click the Back button to try another link.

Looks like your hosting provider is having a problem with MySQL connections
