Upgrade problem

please i need your help on this one !!
i have a truly modified vB 3.6.8 board and know i want to upgrade to 3.7 B6
but i don't want any of my modifications in to the 3.6.8 to be keept in my new one
so i'm asking you what are the tables for only members and Topics that i must copy to my new board and ignore the rest !
please help ASAP

why not just uninstall all plugins/mods and upgrade?

their are too many Template modifications and database to
i want a clean base and templates :s

tables you must do are:

forum
forumpermissions
pm
pmtext
post
thread
user
usergroup

But if your staying on the same url i would just send your members an email or pm that they must register again because your upgrading..... and only do the thread, post, forum tables and set the rest yourself... user table is always tricky because alot of shit from hacks will stay in the user table
