Upgrade fron 3.7.4 to 3.8 and having an issue

I just upgraded and now my forum links are not working properly, I hope you can help.

Here is an exmaple.... If I click on a help section I am taken to a guide section instead of the help.

and the same thing happens if I click on a file section, Im taken to the guide section.

Also, when vbseo 3.2 is active I cannot upload files. It tells me a security token is missing.

I fixed the forum links by renaming the forums, I just had to add a word. That was it. But I suspect the initial problem still exists, but hey, I found a workaround that works.

On to the Vbseo now....lol
