upgrade 3.6.9 to 3.8.1

When i update with GSYN from 3.6.9 to 3.8.1 i got database error

does anyone know how to upgrade from 6.9 to 8.1

is it better to upgrade to 3.7 and then from 3.7 to 3.8.1

Try to update with more steps between... 3.6.9 --> 3.7.2 --> 3.7.5 --> 3.8.x

If you still get a db error, some plugin or product needs updating too.

yes i try that and its worked
upgrade368.php or something or it was 3014 dont remember now
byt its worked

dont have any problem with any new beature and encoding its working

may lock here

i see now that all profile frends and view are deleted
byt ok user will ask for frend request again
