Update Stored Proc with XML data

I have a well formed XML string, that I know want to save wia a Stored Proc.

There is approx 20 records that need to be updated, and I did not want to call the storedproc 20 times, so I created an XML file.

There are 7 fields needed to be updated.

I can pass the XML as a parameter to the stored proc, but what else do I need to do?
