Sorry, the message i posted i had in the xslt style sheet the following lines:<xsl:template match="COPYRIGHT"><font color="black" size="0"><xsl:value-of select="."/><xsl:text></xsl:text></font></xsl:template>BUT..even without these lines, the COPYRIGHT statement still appears.
