How much will it effect me if I submit my link to pages that are completely un-related to my website? For about 90% of those pages were unrelated and they still had an effect.So if I just submit to as many link submission forms as possible, won't I eventually just start to rank well?I believe that it may increase your Google PR however its my experience it wont help your SERP "search engine results page" Allot of my traffic comes through indirect sources for example if someone searches for "Web hosting" and the majority of your links are on pages for furniture it may be harder to find your site since all your links will be on unrelated content. By using relative links you increase your chances of someone whom may not be using your exact Site targeted key words but finds your site through a content relative site..So in theory by increasing your Site's Saturation on a particular subject, better the chances u get more targeted traffic These are my thoughts on it anywayIt won't affect your SERPS. I would prefer the links with related sites.
