undefined function is_unalterable_user

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_unalterable_user() in /home/xxxx/public_html/xxxx/admincp/user.php on line 909

When i edit a user in the admin cp i get this error, how might i fix this? It was working fine in 3.6.(i think)5 and i just upgraded to 3.7.2.
