Unable to get sidebar to full height after trying every technique

In the past few weeks I have been trying to get a sidebar, witch is in this case a navigationbar, to the full height of it's container, meaning the navbar should connect to the bottom of the page I have read and tried every solution I was able to find but none of it worked.My code can be found here: http://action-robot.com/this.html Any help concerning this problem would be greatly appreciated.
