I have tried contacting all available links on their :

Steven may take time to respond. How long have you been waiting?When i click on "support" i get:License Error: Key file has expiredwhen i email to both sales and support my email gets rejected.regardsYep, looks like Steven didn't notice these errors. Surely fixing a help desk licensing error shouldn't take this long?I also had contact with steven around 2 weeks ago in relation to work and the PM's stopped suddenly.? He has been active lately but not replying to messages.?Strange.?Hm, I just spoke with Steven and he says he'll be taking care of these outstanding issues this evening. I'll poke him in the eye a few times if he doesn't.I also had a job for him several weeks ago, and the sales ticket was simply closed.I hope he is OK.yea i hope he's okI also tried to contact him using sales & steve email without any luck...He is active everyday at the forum but never posts, infact he is active at this very moment I am typing this message.? I have seen in his profile that he was active in his private messenger but not replying to mesaages it seems.? very strange behaviour indeed....
