I have WP running on domain.com and domain.com/uk and I basically broke it down with two separate installs of WP with two databases. This seemed like the best way to overcome the problems I was facing dividing the site up. But what I'm left with are two sitemaps, and I'm unsure if this is going to hinder me in some way in the future. Is there any way to merge the said sitemaps, and how should I approach submitting them in Webmaster Tools?
