Twitter Bootstrap icon tabs for showcase?

I have seen a variety of sites which have nice tabs in their showcases, including: heroku.com and bitbucket.org.Features I want:
  • Change color of icon and text on mouse-over
  • Tab changes to different color when active
  • Downwards arrow appear on top of content frame
  • Content frame has border
How do I build a similar showcase to the ones mentioned; using Twitter Bootstrap?
