I was wondering is there anything like sites like:

http://www.good-tutorials.com/ [this is ruby on rails]
I want my Visitors to be able to submit a 50x50 image and fill out a link email etc they submit, then when i confirm it, it can appear on my Vbadvanced!
Am i asking too much or will most just say i will have to code this all myself cause i wouldn't know where to start!
maybe a someone has made this stand alone in php i can mod into vb with some help!
