Turn on attatchments

For some wierd reason my attactchments is not working, and am wondering why?

Permissions? Can you upload a file using admcp/maintenance/diagnostic/upload?

Maybe you need to tell us a little more about what is going on, any error message, have you checked your error logs?

Look in this image, there is no button so i can attach a file.

What usergroup? Did you check the "can upload" permissions?

it's on administrator and it's all set on yes and no limit on uploading.

is there a file named "attachment.php" on ur forum root directory?

What browser are you using ? Can you try it with a different browser ?

Tried with both firefox and i.e
