I'm really trying to use CSS for my site layout, but I'm having problems. I really like the liquid tables, but don't like how the content starts to wrap when shrinking the width of the browser....
I found some good tutorials...<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.saila.com/usage/layouts/nn4-layouts.shtml">http://www.saila.com/usage/layouts/nn4-layouts.shtml</a><!-- m -->
Since supporting NS4 is still important to my company, I just need more examples, if anyone knows of some.
My goal is to not make the content or tables wrap over/under each other... does this make any sense? What am I doing wrong?The position:absolute scheme that the site in your link uses is going to be your only choice if you intend to support 4.0 browsers, I think. Any attempt to make floats work will just result in a mess.Try this layout generator.
It is fantastic!
A great place to start for your CSS layout
A good forum too.
