Using Dreamweaver MX<br />

I am trying to link text to a (target="_blank") pop up window with constrained size -- the size of a jpg 500 X 250 pix. Modifying the page size doesn't do it.<br />

I've done this before with behaviors, by linking jpg to (target="_blank") constrained size window. However, this is the first time I'm trying to link text (not image) and behaviors do not work in the same way; the cursor of the mouse doesn't change to a pointer and the behavior gets applied to the whole text in the paragraph, not the selected one I have.<br />

So, is there a way without using behaviors? There's gotta be some code I paste in the pop up image that restrains its size to 500X250. Thanks.<br />

I don't know much, but I do know that pop-up windows can be done with JavaScript instead of using the deprecated target= tags. [Should be able to control size of & content.]<br />
