trouble with ibpro tar archives

i cant install any game comprimed with .tar :

Error in TAR-Archive. Please upload again

zip files working great but the most game r in .tar archives.. some idea what can i do ?

Perhaps nothing, it could be a problem with the archive itself. Is it a few select .tars or all of them.

Probably a silly question as zips work but are all your folders chmodded correctly?

the archive works but you will have to manually install the games. I've used the pack that was uploaded here and all the games work but very few would install from the TAR packet. Let me know if you don't know how to do the manual install and I will post it here.
