Transfer vB 3.7 to 3.8 without Database access?

Is it possible for me to import posts from an old server to a new vB 3.8 install on a different server?

I have no ftp/ssh/phpmyadmin/sql access on the older server. I crawled the site and downloaed all the posts but they are in html format (old forums run vBseo)

My new forums are up and running and I want to add those old posts in to my database. (I'm running vBseo also).

thanks in advance...I have about 10 years of archives on the line here!
 
I thought that just put the file on the server and you needed SSH or telnet or FTP to grab the file after.

I have lots of the posts in HTML form now...I had a crawler download them for me. Is it easy to import them into mySql?
