I have a client whose website is clearly hosted by a guy with a box in his living room. Service is cr*p, website dissapears, no stats,..... 
Client has eventually got round to asking him to move the hosting of the website and he's getting a bit funny. Says he can't move hosting 'cos he's on a 2 year contract.
Unfortunately the domain name is also registered by same. Is it possible for the client to ask a new registrant to transfer the domain names without permission from the dodgy guy?
