i guess i owned a domain name that a company suddenly says they own the trademark name. it was registered on godaddy and i never did anything with it and it just had the standard godaddy parked page. I don't plan on doing anything with it so i have no need for it anyways.
i wanted your suggestion on what i should do.
should i...
a. just drop the domain from my account completely (how long does it take the WHOIS to update?) and hope they leave me alone (i was served papers already)
b. talk to them to see how they want to transfer the domain to them? but the problem i came across is that i can't transfer within 60 days and that won't be for another 2 weeks or so. think they'll care?
