Is there any tool from which we can check/find any updates on the competitor content ? If so..please let me know. I tried google but can't find one.

If your competitor is running blog and you want to get update of new content then i suggest you to subscribe the newsletter of their blog. I used their RSS feed or there news latter to get update of my competitor post and manually tries to check the authority of the page. It’s little bit time consuming but worthwhile to spend time on it. For me the best
