what is the use of title tag in image ?, it is different to ALT tag or equal it, means what is the role of title tag in image ? , We should use it or not.

It means it will take time to download on the users desktop. Google prefer to display results of the sites having average page size so that it will be convenient for users.
Now adding title tags to your images may tell spiders the words lying behind those images. So using title tag is some how beneficial to you. I used Title tag for each image in my site. Its describe your image for user understandable content. Title tag tells the identity of image, means what about the image is. ALT tag is a very important attributes in image ！ We should use it . Alt img text is said to be as weighty as anchor text/contextual links when the img is hyperlinked.
Obviously it plays a purpose for not only search engines but also people who have visual impairments. Don't just stick in your targeted keyword but if you can work it into a good descriptive phrase..
