Time is showing wrong

hi friends my time is GMT +5.5, the time at footer showing the wrong time

All times are GMT +5.5. The time now is 08:48 PM.

it is showing like the above when it is 7:50 AM
I checked all the time settings but all are right can anyone please help me with it guys, thanks in advance

my time GMT +9 but footer showing just GMT time

OS win2003
Apache v2.2.9
PHP 5.2.6
MySQL 5.1.28-rc-community

If it's your forum, make sure the time is set correctly for you in the ACP - vBulletin Options - Date and Time Settings

Also make sure that you have set the right time zone in your User CP - Edit Options

i had this same problem an i fixed it by loggging into host
i use plesk
in setting under System Date and Time i set the right time an that fixed the problem i had on forums of time showing wrong lol
