Threads dont show up

On my forums, the threads I have started to post are not showing up, they show on the forum homepage, but when i got to the forum (ex. eBooks) they are not there. How can I make them appear?

then click on the 'link heaven" link, (the link heaven forum is where the thread is supposed to be) and its not going to show up there.

i have the same problem i have to keep clicking the display options menu for posts from the beggining time to see all posts
