Thread Urls?

I'm not exactly sure what its called but you guys seem to use it, What i wanna do is change how the link appears for threads and forums..

The standard link vbulletin gives u looks like this:
http://yoursite.com/showthread.php?p=2323

so what i want it to do is instead of the numbers show the title of the thread, post, usergroup, or member profile..

which would look like this:
http://yoursite.com/forum/thread-number-thread-title/
http://yoursite.com/member/member-name/

can anybody help on this?
