The Homepage + vBulletin?

Alright i got a site up and everything but some website seem to have a homepage that is powered by vBulletin, And you can log in to an accoun at the homepage. I would like to know how to get my vBulletin powered homepage up or is there an alternative?
 
You want a front page right?! (like what vbulletin.org has with announcements and stuff)

Search for vbadvanced or vbportal there the main 2.
