Does Search engines consider texts in "QUOTE" tags to be a duplicate contents? Because these texts in most cases are duplicate contents from other sources.
What about texts in "CODE" tags?
whether it's BB Code or HTML. I am not sure but I don't think texts inside quote tags are considered not considered duplicate.

or if it is considered duplicate text also then i am sure that it will not effect our SERPs ranking. Quoting is a normal blogging/article written practice. If you have a quote here and there throughout your article it will not be a problem. It is all relative to the percentage of your quoted material in comparison to your unique content. I would not exceed 5% of my article content in quoted material.
